The Lymington slip is almost opposite the ferry terminal at the sea end of the town (which is convenient for a boat slip). There are lots of parking spaces but it gets very busy on nice days and is heavily used by other boat type people so competition for spaces can be high if you're not on site early.
It's quite expensive to run a boat out of here, and you'll have to pay for 2 parking spaces, one for the tow vehicle and one for the boat trailer.

A glaring omission from the list is the availability of running water to flush the engine through afterwards: there is none. I think.
